The Science on Stage festival was organized in Debrecen, Hungary with the participation of about 450 science and technology teachers from all over Europe.

On Friday evening a visit to the laboratories of Atomki was arranged for the interested participants. In this occasion the new Laboratory for Heritage Science of Atomki was also introduced. We have demonstrated in a presentation entitled “Accelerators in the service of cultural and natural heritage” how hard core natural sciences can contribute to the solution of questions of arts and humanities.
