A m\u00f3dszer roncsol\u00e1smentes, kontaktmentes, viszont inform\u00e1ci\u00f3s m\u00e9lys\u00e9ge limit\u00e1lt, \u00edgy els\u0151sorban a minta fel\u00fclet\u00e9r\u0151l ad inform\u00e1ci\u00f3t. Laborunk asztali mikro-XRF (M4 TORNADO, Bruker Nano GmbH, Berlin, N\u00e9metorsz\u00e1g), valamint\u00a0k\u00e9zi XRF (S1 TITAN 600, Bruker Nano GmbH, Berlin, N\u00e9metorsz\u00e1g)\u00a0k\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9kekkel rendelkezik.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az asztali mikro-XRF el\u0151nye a\u00a0k\u00e9zi m\u0171szerrel szemben a nagyobb intenzit\u00e1s, jobban kontroll\u00e1lt m\u00e9r\u00e9si geometria, illetve az, hogy a besug\u00e1rz\u00f3 r\u00f6ntgennyal\u00e1b f\u00f3kusz\u00e1lhat\u00f3, \u00edgy ak\u00e1r 20 \u00b5m \u00e1tm\u00e9r\u0151j\u0171 pontonk\u00e9nt is v\u00e9gezhet\u00fcnk m\u00e9r\u00e9st.
